How do I pay for pngMADEs.com purchase?
At pngMADEs.com, our payment options are limited. To ensure the security of our customers' transactions, we offer secure payment methods provided by local electronic banking institutions. Customers can conveniently make purchases using internet or mobile banking. Unfortunately, pngMADEs.com is not currently able to accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or American Express credit/debit cards in Papua New Guinea.
Are there any hidden charges (Sales Tax) when you make a purchase on pngMADEs.com?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on pngMADEs.com. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. The delivery charge is K20.
What are your invoicing methods?
We invoice all transactions as per the ICT E-commerce draft framework in PNG. We offer tax invoices along with retail invoices where required. We also offer a refund on the submission of the original printed receipts, in which case we will charge only 5% and refund the difference.
What is Cash on Delivery?
Due to security reasons, CoD is not an optional form of payment.
Can I use a credit/debit card to purchase products?
We DO NOT ACCEPT payments made by credit/debit cards as yet. We hope to introduce the service soon
Can I use my bank's Internet Banking feature to make a payment?
Yes. pngMADEs.com offers you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking as the primary option to accept payment to make payment towards your order. With this, you can directly transfer funds from your bank account while conducting a highly secure transaction.
Tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure that your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us at Customer Support. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 days of your request. The receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.
